We are looking for colleague (m/f/d) to join us in Leipzig or remotely from Berlin (since part of the team is based in B.).
The role
- Join a flat-structured company with a team of Cloud Engineers and Kubernetes Experts
- Work in a hybrid environment, managing and optimizing both datacenter and Cloud environments
- Design, build, and secure network and cloud infrastructures to support high-performance applications across distributed systems
- Focus on optimizing network configurations, ensuring connectivity, security and reliability
What we need from you
- You are a self-starter and love to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Significant experience in network and Cloud engineering, including expertise with hybrid environments (Cloud platforms like AWS and Azure along with self-hosted data centers)
- Deep understanding of networking protocols, VPNs, firewalls, and best practices in network security (experience with next-generation firewalls and telco-grade switches is beneficial)
- Proficient in network automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, including Terraform, Ansible, or similar
- Hands-on experience with containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Knowledgeable in monitoring and troubleshooting network issues, with a good understanding of technical layers and operational needs
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- A passion for automation and process improvement
